Products and Availability

Products are offered subject to availability. Limited-edition products may have strictly limited quantities. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, an order cannot be processed, or we reasonably believe an order involves error, fraud, or misuse.

Pricing, Taxes, and Shipping

Product prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are presented during checkout.

At present, Amels Audio ships products only within the United States.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and shipping information.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Amels Audio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Damaged or Defective Products

Amels Audio does not accept returns for change of mind or other non-defective merchandise.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@amelsaudio.com within 14 days of delivery.

We will work with you to diagnose the problem and, as appropriate, repair or replace the product or issue a refund.

Amels Audio will cover reasonable return shipping costs for products determined to be damaged or defective.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method. Processing time after a refund is issued may depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Product Use

Products should be installed, powered, and operated in accordance with the documentation and instructions supplied with the product.

The content of this website is provided for general product, technical, sales, and support information. We may update product specifications, availability, pricing, documentation, or other website content from time to time.

Intellectual Property

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amels Audio LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.
